The project is located in close proximity to the Džbán Reservoir, which serves as the perfect starting point for exploring the extensive nature reserve. The surrounding area underwent a somewhat reckless industrial development in the 1970s. Our goal is to remedy this and create a residential area worthy of such an extraordinary location. The residence is located in the protected area, so no further development will be allowed in the area in the future. You can thus rest assured that your well-being and privacy will not be disturbed.

Stone facades, quality wood and ceramic tiles all adorn the Šárka residence and its surroundings. The central square is complemented by natural stone with water features and wild flowers.
Like the outdoor public spaces, the exteriors are also made of materials that are natural to Divoká Šárka. The stone facades are adorned with balconies with quality wooden terraces that are framed by timeless glass railings. At night, the stone facades are illuminated by flood lights, which enhance the entire design of the residence.
